Infrastructure

The campus spread over a vast area of 19.13 acres, in which there are two buildings. Main building has The Principal’s Chamber, Administrative Office, Examination Cell, National Service Scheme (NSS) room, the department of Tamil, English, Mathematics, Physics and Computer Science have separate chambers laboratories for Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, 39 classrooms, and library with 7,000 books, adequate Furniture like book cases Cupboards , Chair, Table, Desk Benches for the students utility.

Our administrative office equipped with Computers, Scanners, Printers and Xerox facilities, The basic amenities such as 28 lavatories, 7 Water tanks with playgrounds, A seminar hall with 300 seating capacity, Audio, Video, a projector, monitor in a windy ambience in which all departments celebrate their academic events. The college is in continuous pursuit of educational excellence by its thriving efforts to provide a holistic learning environment to the students’ community with state-of-the-art infrastructure and facilities.

The college was started as a co-educational institution by the way gender inequality triggered off and set equality of women with men has been balanced. There are a large number of women students get UG , PG admissions every year since inception of the college 2011.

Placement Cell

placement cell of the college organises every year Placement Drive through District Employment Office, and District Collector office, Trichy. By fostering learning environment to students in a diverse background, developing their inherent skills and competencies through reflection, creation of knowledge and service, amidst 12 Batches of alumnus, several students have employed in distinguished positions in the state, central Government and Private Sectors through TRB, TNPSC, SSC BSF.

Staff Council

39 staff members have produced quality research articles in the UGC/PEER reviewed publications every year. With the wholehearted commitment of The Principal, faculty members altogether set a good environment and infuse the young minds with ethics, human values, and environmental consciousness, and the efforts of the administrative staff and the inquisitive students, the college shall reach greater heights in the forthcoming years. The College offers four postgraduate and seven undergraduate programs. Most of the staff members are qualified and have rich experienced in their thrust areas.

NSS, YRC and Red Ribbon Club offer integrated services for the multifaceted development of our students. Our college, endowed with a progressive and futuristic outlook, is committed to continual growth in the quality of all academic activities, striving to meet the expectations of students, parents, and society at large. We always build our youth for the smart future. In order to achieve our vision of our College, college promotes the students community to go to participate all sports Tournaments as conducted by Bharathidasan University, Tamil Nadu State Sports department, aided colleges’ tournaments every now and then.

As well as Fine arts programme / Competitions, Leadership programs workshop, seminars, various competitions through departments are also conducted for the welfare of the students’ community.

College Council

College Council has been presided by the Principal in the chair, and All Heads of the departments are the members. The College Council meets every now and then to discuss very important academic matters and draw resolutions and passed the same to the Staff Members by concerned Heads through by a Circular.
